I had a fabulous experience and would definitely return. The hotel was excellent and great, with great location in a pub or restaurant. The food was lovely, drinks were complimentary. Excellent services were available. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

The time I spent there was fab. The staff there were lovely and informative. The room I stayed in was excellent and exceptionally comfortable, it had 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed. No reason to complain, the venue met expectation, would recomand it.

Small hotel in a nice enough area close to tge seafront as well as England. Excellent service and brilliant location, great for our needs. Besides, very convenient to St Edmund's Church. Plenty of lovely food.
The breakfast was very good, it had excellent meals. It was a marvellous location for us, right by Southwold, the pier or the high street shops/pub/chippy and local restaurants. Good service was provided here. We got extra teabags too.
